Mazel tov!

Everyone knows that no Jewish wedding is complete without the groom smashing the glass after vows are exchanged, but did you know the vows are supposed to be exchanged beneath a chuppah? Ideally the best wedding chuppah of all time, but that can mean something different to couples based on their community’s customs. A chuppah is a traditional Jewish wedding canopy, typically comprised of the groom’s prayer shawl (a tallit) that is propped up on four poles to create a canopy-type effect. While simple cream-and-blue prayer shawls are still the norm in the world of chuppahs, some couples are opting for truly artistic chuppah installations. We rounded up the best wedding chuppah pictures to inspire your planning.
