Guests Will Love This Pink Wedding Cocktail

by Bryce Gruber

Looking for a crowd-pleasing pink wedding cocktail? This is it.

Sure, open bar weddings are loads of fun, but they also require loads of cash, which is why many experts say narrowing down your alcohol offerings to a well-curated signature cocktail list could be the money-saving wedding tip you’re looking for. We’re loving this millennial pink cocktail infused with high-end vodka, champagne, citrus, and fresh blackberries. Plus, how cute will these cocktails be next to 2018’s bridal trend of using big wedding bouquets in soft pinks and mauves?

Signature blackberry champagne cocktail
Berry and Sage 75
0.5 oz Fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz Simple syrup
3 Blackberries
2 Sage leaves
3 oz Chilled champagne
Muddle two blackberries in a tin with the vodka, and then lightly roll a sage leaf between your hands and add it to the blackberries. Shake, top with three ounces of champagne, fine strain into a champagne flute, and top with additional berries and sage. Voila!
