 The Positions:

Digital Ad Sales / Account Manager

Description: BrideClick is seeking a Digital Ad Sales / Account Manager to sell digital advertising solutions in the wedding industry and implement online advertising campaigns to ensure the success of each campaigns’ post-sale process. The Digital Ad Sales Account Manager is responsible for achieving revenue targets by prospecting clients, developing and cultivating client relationships, and selling integrated digital media solutions across BrideClick Network.

Responsibilities (include but not limited to):

  • Manage existing accounts to contact for advertising opportunities.
  • Prospect new business through network of contacts.
  • Develop an understanding of clients’ business issues; sell BrideClick offerings that support clients’ strategic and tactical advertising needs
  • Track sales activities, opportunities and forecasts in Sales Management System
  • Meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Shape sales positioning for BrideClick and help develop new sales offerings.
  • Work closely with internal teams to optimize programs and develop creative solutions for renewals.
  • Manage overall campaign deliverables (i.e. client management, tech specs, reporting, creative, copy edits, etc.) to ensure quality standards and exceed client expectations.
  • Review insertion orders, create media plans and update company database.
  • Quality check client’s creatives and ensure they adhere to technical specifications, testing and troubleshooting all 3rd party rich media and videos.
  • Work with Ad Ops to optimize campaign delivery and performance to ensure campaigns achieve clients’ goals.
  • Work with Media team to ensure execution of custom campaigns
  • Provide reporting and recommendations throughout campaign to sales teams & client.
  • Work closely with ops team to maintain continuous knowledge of campaigns’ status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities
  • Liaise with Accounts Receivable team to close out monthly billing and resolve monthly and ongoing invoicing queries

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years in digital advertising experience. Weddings, Lifestyle, Jewelry or Travel digital ad sales experience a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle heavy workload, meet tight timelines and prioritize to successfully meet goals
  • Driven & proactive learner
  • Team player
  • Demonstrate excellent computer skills in excel and power point.
  • Salary varies depending on experience. The position qualifies for sales commission and company paid health benefits.

Description: BrideClick is looking to hire a Media Planner to join the Media Department. The ideal candidate will assist the Media Manager in buying & planning media, writing and proofing editorial content and assisting with BridalPulse website. Ad Operations Analyst

BrideClick is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Ad Operations Analyst who wants to join our team in New York. The primary function of this role is to work with BrideClick advertisers and internal teams to ensure consistent and smooth delivery of advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong problem solving skills, experience with analyzing reports, advanced excel functions, extreme attention to detail, be diligent on execution and possess strong organizational habits. The position is not for a passive order taker, processing orders/emails.  The position is a revenue generator for the company and will require full hands on involvement. As the company’s product offerings evolve this role will be essential in translating sales opportunities to advertising system formats to allow for clear, concise, and consistent processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze campaigns, implement and offer optimization suggestions of campaign that are performing below benchmarks
  • Address day-to-day technical issues and questions from clients and internal personnel
  • Ensure creative adheres to technical specifications, including testing and troubleshooting third party ads
  • Weekly reporting and trafficking Q/A of campaigns
  • Identify opportunities to implement solutions that increase the effectiveness and efficiencies of the Ad Ops department, including the development of tools, process and reports related to job responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree from 4 year university, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 1-2 year working in ad trafficking, or data analysis
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience working with large data sets.
  • Fundamental understanding of HTML/Javascript is preferred
  • Strong organizational, project management, problem-solving skills with proven ability to identify and prioritize critical issues, and the ability to self-prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work cross functionally with excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of DFP/Exchange/RTB platforms and online advertising a plus
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and full of initiative, and ready to roll up your sleeves
